I should, first of all state that I was/am not a fan of the Internet! Despite having a website for some years, which was sorely neglected and unloved, with out of date prices and new products not even listed.
We were seeing more and more tourists in the shop in Columbia Road, they loved the perfumes, but were unlikely to pass this way again- might they want a replacement? Or to buy a present for a friend? Were we were sitting on an untapped well? Then we met Brian & Andrea! Thanks to Brian's expertise in Web design we now have a website which is clean, easy to negotiate, and from which customers can now buy on line. I cannot speak too highly of Andrea's monumental patience! She dealt with all our queries, irrational fears and general ignorance- a wizard with Photoshop, she taught us everything we needed to know, unfailingly kind and cheerful and never blinding us with science. It's building up very nicely and we have had very favourable reports.
